Male detainees at the Otero County Processing Center in New Mexico rely on Telmate Tablet technology to access everything from movies to law libraries approved by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Most importantly, the tablets allow detainees to make human connections with their loved ones on the outside via messaging and video visits.
