This role supports our CEO and ultimately conserves his time by accomplishing a variety of business and personal administrative tasks on his behalf. This role involves 50% personal assistance

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Keep track of CEO’s calendar to arrange complex and frequent travel plans
- Attend CEO’s office meetings as needed and maintain notes on his behalf
- Ensure that CEO is where he needs to be in the interest of punctuality and efficiency
- Complete projects by establishing objectives, determining priorities, and with precision
- Provide “gatekeeper” role for direct access to the CEO’s time and efforts
- As requested, engage in various office admin/support tasks throughout the week
- From time to time, coordinate meetings for other C-level execs as well as for employment candidates
- Prepare, complete and submit expense reports as well as other similar administrative projects
- Handle and resolve any issues while presenting a poised and professional demeanor
Skills/Qualifications:
- Ten 10 years of administrative support experience, including 5 years at executive administrative level
- AA college degree is a must but a BA/BS Degree is strongly preferred
- Experience in a high-tech environment not required but strongly preferred
- Very strong interpersonal skills and professional presentation
- Exceptional organizational & multi-tasking skills, and most importantly attention to details
- Exceptional communication skills, spoken and written
- Able to exercise initiative and independent judgment in developing solutions to problems
- Comfortable working without immediate and constant supervision
- Ability to exercise discretion and good judgment at all times, particularly with confidential matters
